Overview: For human beings the ability to communicate is a great tool to move forward either at personal front or in work environment. In absence of proper communication skills managers are deprived of selling wonderful ideas to their superior, lack inter- personal relationship , confidence and self- esteem.
As a leader he is supposed to communicate and present to his team members relating to monitoring their performance, conducting meeting,appraising senior management, inter personal relationship , coaching and mentoring team members etc.In the training the participants will be exposed to various exercises and presentation through which participants will be able to understand all aspects of communication and presentation skills.
